Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, because they govern your use of the website located at https://airclip.ai/ (the “Site”), our text-to-video AI service made available through the Site and related applications, and any outputs or content generated through the Service. The Service is operated by Inweave Studios LLP. These Terms apply whether you are accessing the Service via computer, mobile device, or other means, and whether you are a registered user or guest. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
1. What Airclip Does
Airclip is a text-to-video AI agent that turns a single prompt into a polished, ~60-second explainer video. You provide text; Airclip generates or assembles the script, voiceover, storyboards, imagery, animations, and final video using AI models and media processing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable laws or any sanctions/embargo lists.
3. Accounts and Access
Registration. Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
Security. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Administrators. If your account is provisioned by an organization, your use may be controlled by an administrator who can access, disclose, restrict, or remove your content.
4. Beta; Pre-Release Features
Airclip may provide alpha/beta or pre-release features (“Beta”). Beta is provided as-is, may be changed or discontinued at any time, may be less reliable, and may not meet production standards. You understand Beta may produce errors, artifacts, or delays. We have no service-level commitment for Beta.
5. Your Content
Definitions. “Customer Content” means prompts, text, data, files, assets, brand kits, fonts, and any materials you upload or supply. “Outputs” means videos, images, captions, scripts, audio, and other results generated for you by the Service.
Ownership. As between you and Airclip:
You retain all rights to Customer Content.
Subject to Section 6 (Third-Party Content/Models), you own the Outputs we generate for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms.
License to Operate the Service. You grant Airclip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display Customer Content and Outputs solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, troubleshoot, and comply with law.
Model training. We do not use Customer Content or Outputs to train our or third-party models, without exception.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for obtaining rights to Customer Content (including fonts, logos, brand assets, and any third-party materials) and for reviewing Outputs before publication.
6. Third-Party Content, Models, and Services
The Service integrates third-party AI services via API, including but not limited to large language models, text-to-speech, image/video generation, rendering, and hosting/CDN providers (“Third-Party Services”). Airclip does not own or control these models; they are provided by independent API providers (for example, platforms like model marketplaces or inference providers).
Frequent changes. We may substitute, add, or remove Third-Party Services at any time for reliability, cost, quality, or compliance reasons. Because we expect to swap providers often, we do not enumerate them in these Terms.
Your rights may vary. Third-Party Service terms may affect your rights in Outputs (e.g., commercial use, attribution, or use-case restrictions). Where those terms apply to components they provide, they control for those components.
Operational variability. Latency, costs, watermarks, and artifacts may vary based on provider, style, and render complexity.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You will not, and will not permit others to:
Violate law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or moral rights.
Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or relates to child exploitation or non-consensual behavior.
Upload highly sensitive data (e.g., government-issued IDs, financial account numbers, health data, biometric identifiers) unless a separate written data processing agreement specifically permits it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or model weights.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
Use the Service to build or improve competing models or services without our consent.
Misrepresent Outputs as human-created where applicable law requires disclosure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Pricing, Trials, and Payment (Pre-Launch)
Airclip is currently in pre-launch and may be offered only as a demo, trial, or limited access experience. We may introduce paid plans later; any pricing, metering, or limits will be presented at checkout or in an order form at that time. Until then, we may modify or end any free access at our discretion.
9. Service Availability and Support
We aim for reliable generation and delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or provider outages may affect availability. During pre-launch/Beta, support is best-effort. Any future enhanced support or SLAs will be defined in an order form or SLA addendum.
10. Intellectual Property
Airclip IP. We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, models we host or orchestrate, workflows, templates, UI, and documentation. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights.
Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit it without restriction.
11. Brand and Publicity
We may identify your organization as a customer by name and logo in customer lists, websites, and pitches. You can opt out by notifying us in writing. We will not disclose your confidential information without consent except as permitted in these Terms.
12. Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” means non-public information disclosed by either party that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use the same care it uses to protect its own confidential information, not less than reasonable care, and will use it only to fulfill these Terms. Exclusions apply for information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained. We may disclose as required by law with prompt notice where legally permitted.
13. AI-Specific Disclaimers
AI systems can produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete results. You are responsible for human review of Outputs, including factual claims, legal or medical statements, brand compliance, and regulatory disclosures. Airclip does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
14. Copyright Policy (DMCA or Equivalent)
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content accessible via the Service infringes your copyright, submit a notice to support@airclip.ai with:
Your contact information;
Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material;
A statement of good-faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury; and
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or disable content and terminate repeat infringers.
15. Export Controls and Sanctions
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Service in or for the benefit of embargoed countries or prohibited end users or end uses.
16. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE, BETA FEATURES, AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
IN NO EVENT WILL AIRCLIP (INWEAVE STUDIOS LLP) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AIRCLIP FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
18. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airclip and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
(a) your Customer Content;
(b) your use of the Service or Outputs in violation of these Terms or law; or
(c) any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation resulting from Customer Content or your use of Outputs.
19. Term; Suspension; Termination
Term. These Terms apply from your first use of the Service until terminated.
Suspension. We may suspend or limit access for security, legal, operational, or policy reasons.
Termination. Either party may terminate for any reason with notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, unlawful activity, or risk to the Service.
Effect. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete account data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention. Sections intended to survive (including 5–6, 10–12, 13–18, 20–24) will survive.
20. Data Retention; Exports
Airclip does not retain Customer Content or Outputs beyond what is necessary for the Service to function. We keep only operational data such as cache, authentication/account information, and project-related materials you create in the product (for example, storyboards, project settings, and related assets) while your account remains active. Upon account deletion or termination, we delete or de-identify Customer Content, Outputs, and project artifacts within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for dispute resolution and security. You are responsible for exporting your work product during your active access.
21. Government Use
The Service is commercial computer software. If used by or on behalf of a government, rights are limited to those set forth in these Terms, in accordance with applicable procurement regulations.
22. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service, features, or integrations at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., email or in-product). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law; Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the courts located in New Delhi, India, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
24. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms and any referenced policies or order forms are the entire agreement.
Order of Precedence. If there is a conflict, an order form or written addendum signed by both parties controls over these Terms.
Assignment. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Waiver. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.
Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.
Notices. Legal and other notices may be sent to support@airclip.ai and are deemed given when received.

Your contact information;
Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material;
(a) your Customer Content;
