  • Refunds.

    • First-time users: We may offer a limited 7-day refund window for first purchases if you are unsatisfied.

    • Ongoing use: Except as required by law, we generally do not provide refunds once a billing cycle has started.

    • Technical issues: If you are unable to use the Service due to a verified fault on our end (e.g., failed video renders, repeated service downtime), we may issue a partial or full refund or account credit at our discretion.
